Shoot to Social

Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 October 2026

1. Who we are

Shoot to Social (the "service") is operated by Better Quality Assurance S.R.L. ("BetterQA", "we", "us"), registration RO39687318, Strada Transilvaniei 202, Baciu 407055, Cluj County, Romania. You can reach us at brad@betterqa.co.

These terms apply to every business that uses the service and to every person who uses it on that business's behalf. By using the service you accept them.

2. What the service does

The service receives photos and videos that a business's staff send to the Shoot to Social Telegram bot, together with an optional description given by voice note or text. It writes captions for each platform and publishes the content to the accounts the business has connected: a Facebook Page, an Instagram account, a TikTok account and the photo gallery on the business's own website. Videos sent to TikTok arrive in the account's TikTok inbox as drafts, and the account owner decides whether and how to post them. Posts made only of photos are created on the TikTok account directly, through TikTok's photo posting service.

The businesses using the service today are Arctic Works and Electric Works, car workshops in Cluj, Romania.

3. Access is by invitation

There is no public sign-up. We decide which businesses can use the service. For each one we set up its brand, connect the social media accounts it asks us to connect, and allow the specific Telegram chats that may talk to the bot. Messages from any other chat are ignored. We may decline or withdraw access at our discretion.

The business is responsible for deciding which of its staff have access to those Telegram chats, and for telling us when someone should lose access.

4. Your responsibilities

When you send content to the service, you confirm that:

Content published through the service is subject to the terms and rules of each platform it goes to. You agree to follow the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, the Meta Terms of Service and Community Standards, and the Instagram Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. If a platform removes content or restricts an account, that is between the business and that platform.

You must not use the service to send spam, to publish content that is misleading, or to try to get around a platform's limits or rules.

5. Connected accounts

To publish, the service needs permission from each platform. The business grants it through that platform's own login and consent screen, and we store the resulting access tokens in encrypted form. The service uses those tokens only to publish the business's content and to check that the connection still works.

A business can disconnect an account at any time by emailing us, and we will remove the stored tokens. It can also revoke the service's access directly in the platform's settings: in TikTok, under the list of apps and services connected to the account; on Facebook and Instagram, under Business Integrations or Apps and Websites.

6. Your content stays yours

The business keeps all rights to the photos, videos and descriptions it sends. You give us permission to store, process, convert and transmit that content only as far as we need to provide the service: to write the captions, to publish to the accounts you connected and to show the photos in your website gallery. We do not use your content for any other purpose and we do not sell it.

7. AI-written captions

Captions are written automatically by a language model, based on your description and on information about the business's usual work. They can get things wrong, for example a detail of the job or a step that did not happen. The bot shows the captions in the chat, and nothing is published until someone approves or edits them. If nobody answers, the post is cancelled. The business is responsible for what is posted under its name, including a caption it chose not to correct.

8. Availability

We work to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee that it will be available at all times, that every publish will succeed, or that it will keep working through every change the platforms make. We provide the service "as is".

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, BetterQA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost revenue, lost customers, or damage to reputation that results from using the service, from a failed or delayed publish, from a platform's decision about your content or account, or from a caption you published. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Romanian law, including liability for intent or gross negligence.

10. Ending the service

A business can stop using the service at any time by telling us. We can suspend or end a business's access if it breaks these terms, if a platform requires it, or if we stop offering the service, and we will tell the business when we can. When access ends we disconnect the business's accounts and remove the stored tokens. What happens to the remaining records is described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute that cannot be settled between us goes to the competent courts in Cluj, Romania.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page and tell the businesses using the service about any change that affects them. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new version.
